Welcome to Lake Tapps!

Have you ever been to a new church and felt completely out of place? Here at lake tapps we would like to make your first visit as smooth as possible. We are not a community of perfect people, nor do we pretend to have it all together. We will enjoy meeting you, just as you are, and welcome you warmly.

When you visit, we want you to know we worship in a casual environment, so feel free to dress comfortably and grab a complimentary cup of locally roasted, direct trade coffee before service and participate as much or as little as you like.

If you'd like to connect with a friend who can help make your first visit as calm and comfortable as possible, and get your children (if you have them) pre-registered to avoid delay at check-in. Fill in the information at the right and a member of our team will contact you to make arrangements for your first visit.

Children and Students:

We offer a nursery for children birth to two and Sunday School classes for those 3yrs through 3rd grade. Fourth and fifth grade students are welcome to attend J12 during the 11:00 service during the school year. A check-in system is in place for their security. We encourage students in 6th through 12th grades to worship with their families on Sunday mornings and typically offer a Sunday night youth service at 6:00pm. For more information about the Student Ministry, click here. 

Communion

During our service, all Christians are invited to remember the death and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Please participate in communion in any way you feel led. You have the freedom to come alone, with your spouse, a friend, or even invite your kids to take a closer look. It is a time to respond to the message through confessing, repenting and praying.
